FWZZ-32B/WQZZ-32S Digital Display Reversal Bending Device for Reinforcing Bars

1. Place the device on the universal machine platform, fix it in the middle, and adjust the support distance according to the diameter and grade of the steel specimen. Prepare the punch head.
2. Place the steel specimen on the device, center it, press the start button to reset the two meters of the device (adjust the V-shaped plate of the sliding slot of the bending device to the center position), operate the universal machine, conduct the loading test until the numbers on the two meters are equal and equal to 90°, then stop the test. Positive bending 90° is completed.
3. Replace with a universal reverse bending punch head, form a reverse V shape for the specimen that has been pressed, and place it in the slot of the reverse bending device. According to the display on the meters (sum of the data), operate the testing machine to conduct the loading test. Stop the loading when the cumulative deflection of the two meters is 20°. The 20° reverse bending test is completed.
