ECT1604 Automatic Cupping Testing Machine (60kN)
Introduction: The metal material cup indentation testing machine, also known as the thin plate and thin strip cup indentation testing machine, or the Ericsson cup indentation testing machine, is mainly used for testing metal thin plates with a thickness ranging from 0.1 to 2.0 mm. This machine is mainly composed of the main frame, hydraulic system, control system, molds, computer, and dedicated software, etc.
This machine is a newly developed model, mainly used to test the plastic deformation performance of metal sheets and strips. It uses an oil cylinder for clamping and the oil cylinder to push through the sample. It has an automatic stop function when cracks occur in the sheet; it is also equipped with a camera, which can more accurately determine the cupping value at the moment of the crack through the video playback function. This machine is controlled by a microcomputer throughout the entire testing process, and it can display the clamping load value, pressing load value, cupping value, test speed and test curve in real time. It is commonly used equipment in metal sheet and strip manufacturing enterprises, quality inspection units, steel research institutes and other units.
