The advantages of this testing machine are as follows:
1. The measurement range of the test force is wider, more accurate and more stable. Due to the zero-position masking problem of the electro-hydraulic servo control valve during static control, as well as the sealing and friction issues of the cylinder, the output (displacement and test force) is not linear near the zero position. Moreover, it is prone to crawling at low speeds, has poor stability, and the initial pressure is too high, making it impossible to achieve output control for small deformations and small test forces (for short-term specimens with very small loads, this control method cannot be used).
2. The control system controls the servo motor, which drives the synchronous belt, which in turn drives the ball screw for loading. The design structure is tight, and there is no noise during the testing process (the original product, where the motor and the plunger oil pump were matched, would produce noise due to their own matching, and the load also increased the noise, making it impossible to eliminate).
3. The control process is not affected by temperature, and the mechanical loading performance is more stable (the original product had higher requirements for temperature and hydraulic oil).
4. There is no pollution caused by hydraulic oil leakage, running, spilling or dripping. There is no problem of the servo valve being contaminated and stopping working.
5. It has high reliability for long-term use and requires no maintenance (there is no cumbersome process of changing hydraulic oil).
6. Anti-bending and anti-compression sensors all use load sensors, and the data is directly output, with high accuracy. (The original product used oil pressure sensors, which had factors such as pressure deviation in the hydraulic circuit, friction force deviation, and pressure conversion deviation.)
