LS-100 Spiral Pressing Machine
Purpose: The concrete spiral presser is mainly used in concrete-related projects and experiments. It achieves various compression operations on concrete by converting force through a spiral transmission mechanism.
Technical parameters:
Maximum pressurization pressure: Usually ranging from 50kN to 200kN, it can be customized according to specific requirements, determining the maximum pressure applied to the concrete.
Pressure control accuracy: Generally controlled within ±1kN to ±5kN, ensuring the accuracy and repeatability of the test results.
Screw shaft diameter: Commonly available in 50mm to 150mm. The diameter of the screw shaft affects the pressurization capacity of the pressurizer and the efficiency of material transportation.
– Bucket capacity: Generally ranging from 0.1m³ to 1m³. A larger bucket capacity can reduce the number of feedings and improve work efficiency.
Motor power: Usually ranging from 1.5kW to 7.5kW. The motor power determines the working capacity and running speed of the screw pressurizer.
Rotation speed: The rotation speed of the screw shaft is generally within 10r/min to 60r/min. The rotation speed affects the pressurization speed and compactness of the concrete.
